Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface &cleaning with mechanical broom with rapid setting bitumen emulsion (RS-1) on bituminous surface @ 0.25kg/sqm. (Zero point Twenty five kilogrammeper squre meter ) including carriage of materials, within all leadslifts and other incidentalsas per direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution work, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Construction of penetration macadam over prepared base by providing a layer of compacted crushed coarse aggregate using chips spreader with alternate applications of bituminous binder and key aggregates and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification ,2004Clause 506, 50mm(Fifty milimetre ) thickwith bitumen V.G-10)(Viscosity grade ten).including carriage of materials, within all leads , lifts and other incidentalsas per direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution work, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 25 mm (Twenty Five milimrtre) thick with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @(viscosity grade thirty)5.5%(Five point Five per cent) of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentalsas per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax ,Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess, royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5mm (Two isto five millimetre) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms. Per Sqm area , thickness of2.5 mm (Two isto five millimetre) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35 .The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH Specificationsincluding carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals asper direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi, ,Malkanatoll tax ,goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction work, welfare cess royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
