Dismantling of field windings from poles, rewinding of coils using class F rated same size electrolytic grade copper conductor, providing class H insulations, coil shaping, varnishing, baking and assembling in motor yoke after providing sufficient insulations, connecting and testing.

Dismantling of compensating windings, rewinding of coils using class F rated same size electrolytic grade copper conductor, providing class H insulations, coil shaping, varnishing, baking and assembling in motor yoke after providing sufficient insulations, connecting and testing. This work shall be executed only if deemed necessary after visual inspection as per the instruction from concerned engineer in charge.

Dismantling of motor, cleaning, varnishing, assembling with new DE and NDE bearings, painting of motor using two coats of anti-corrosive epoxy paint over suitable primer, no load testing and transporting to and from FACT CD. Supply of bearings (DE: 6320 NDE: 6322) shall be included in contractors scope. Acceptable makes: SKF, NTN, FAG. All routine tests as per IS standards shall be done and values ofwinding resistance, Insulation Resistance etc shall be furnished.
