Payroll Processing & Compensation Management on a monthly basis based on no. of employees and the attendance input provided alongwithLearning and Development (Co-ordination & Feedback / Training History) Module, Performance Management System Module and all services mentioned under Scope of Work 2.2.0 of SCC. Bidder to quote rate as per employee slabsas detailed in scope of work 2.2.0 of SCC.

Additional cost over base cost (excluding base cost) for additional employee count in the range of 101-200 employees. Rate shall be paid per additional employee per month above base cost 100 employees as per item 2.1 above on pro rata basis; EA represents man month
