Searching and obtaining of missing documents oflands from Revenue office for establishing the ownership of land in the favour of BSNL or any other owner and ascertaining clear salability of the land parcel by BSNLand furnishing these documents to BSNL (As per item No.3 of Scope of Work Annexure-I)

Providing Legal opinion and submitting Due diligence Report (As per item No. 1 & 2 of Scope of Work Annexure-I)

Obtaining Encumbrance Certificate from O/o Sub-registrar for urban and from Sub-Division/ Taluka office for rural property including title search for maximum possible period as per prevailing State Govt. Guidelines to establish no-encumbrance. ( As per Item No. 4 of Scope of WorkAnnexure-I)

Getting the land mutated in the name of BSNL if found in the name of other than BSNL and submitting the latest property documents printed in the name of BSNL(As per Item No. 5 of Scope of WorkAnnexure-I)

Obtaining permission from Concerned State Govt. or any Authority, if required for disposing of the property or in case of leasehold land permission from Lessor authority, if required for change of the name of Lessee ( As per Item No. 6 of Scope of WorkAnnexure-I)
