| 2 | Note: (i) Gear box oil, door drive, VFVR card, Hooter/ floor sensor/ All type of electronic cards/ floor indicator/ power contactor/ VFD /wire rope/ DO Card /LOP/ emergency light/ inverter/UPS etc shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items of the schedule. Make and model of part to be replaced shall be same as existing at site or as per OEM recommendation. (ii) Comprehensive maintenance, repair and replacement of spare parts shall be carried out only by OEM or their accredited/ authorised agencies under strict supervision of well experienced and qualified staff.(ii) The make of spares shall be shown as suitable for the existing system and shall be provided by authorized manufacturer\"s.(iii) Contractor will periodically (monthly) examine safety devices and governor of the equipment to ensure user safety. In addition, OTIS will conduct an annual no load safety test on the equipment. (iv) The rates deemed to include for all items which are not considered in schedule but the same is essential for smooth & efficient functioning of the lift costing less then Rs 500/- i.e. fuse, thimbles, connectors, insulation tapes etc.(v) The contractor shall keep all spares reqd for routine maintenance and attend the defects immediately. In case of major defect, it shall be attended within 24 hrs failing which penal recovery @ 5000/- per day will be charged.The decision of GE will be final & binding.Note :- The fixing charges of items included in Sch \"A\" (item No 2 to 40) are not included in the AMC charges. |
