Sinking Of Deep Tube Well (100 X 200) For Drinking Water Of Sadarghat Highway Sub-Division No.-Ii Under Asansol Highway Division P.W.(Roads) Directorate In The District Of Paschim Bardhaman, During The Year 2024-25- 1 Labour for boring through any type of soil for sinking tube well of required dia. with top enlargement by rig boring system (either by reserve circulation or by direct rotary method) including hire charges and labour for rig machine, tools and plants, staging, force pumping set and making arrangement for water required for boring etc. complete and lowering of pipes, strainers, blind pipes etc. complete. (a) For depth upto 250 metre for 100 mm dia. Tube well with topenlargement of 200 mm dia.(upto 50 metre). (i) First 50 metre 2 (ii) Next 50 metre 3 Supplying high density polythene strainer of approved make with adapterconforming to I.S. specifications. (iv) 100 mm dia. 4 Supply of PVC pipes & fittings Schedule 80 (medium duty) conformingto ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239(Part - I). (A) PVC Pipes(Dia) 100 mm 5 200 mm 6 50mm (Motor hanging pipe) 7 Geophysical investigation of the acquifer by electrologging system with alltools and plants as necessary including supply of necessary report. 8 Supplying, fitting and fixing plug of approved make conforming to I.S.specifications. (ii) 75 mm 9 Supplying, fitting and fixing 300 mm M.S. housing clamp of approvedquality. 10 Supplying, fitting and fixing heavy type bell mouth reducing socket. (iv) 100 mm X 200 mm 11 Washing and developing tube well with air compressor pump and enginefor 8 (eight) hours continuous pumping per day with necessary arrangements for testing the yield in gallons per hour with V notch including hire and labour charges for all tools and plants and scaffolding as required. 12 Supplying, fitting and fixing G.I. cap at top(iii) 200 mm 13 Labour for making arrangement for showing verticality test including thecost for hire charges of tools and plants, scafolding, labour etc. allcomplete. 14 Packing the annular space between the outside of the tube well pipes &strainers and the bore with pea size washed gravel of approved qualityhaving size from 2 mm to 5 mm or the size approved by the Engineer-inchargeincluding cost of all materials labour and equipment complete. 15 Packing annular space between the outside of the housing pipe and the bore with puddled clay balls of approved size as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge with cost of all materials and labour complete. 16 Collecting sample of water for bacteriological and chemical test from any depth at any time during execution of work including hire and labour charges for tools and plants and sterilising the equipments, paying all charges and fees, testing etc. complete in all respect as per direction. 17 Supplying,fitting and fixing check valve (horizontal) G.M. tested to 21 kgper sq. cm. (iv) 50 mm 18 Supplying, fitting and fixing gunmetal wheel valve of approved brand andmake tested to 21 kg per sq. cm. (for water lines only). (iv) 50 mm dia 19 S & f 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated 3 core 2.5 sq. mm. cu. Conductor subnersible falt cable (Mescab) Rate approved By-SE,WC,SS,PWD vide memo no.- 451/01/(5)/sw-23 dt.- 14.03.2017. 20 S & F of 1 phase 1.5 HP pump motor set KSB make pump type-CORA 7D/10 Document attached Vide-NIQ -06/RNG of 18-19 of NADIA Division, PWD Approved by SE/SC/SOCIAL SECTOR, P.W. Directorate. 21 Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match withGI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads,fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Payment for painting will be made seperately) (a) For Exposed Work PVC Pipes (Dia) 32 mm 22 25mm 23 GST @ 18%(CGST 9% + SGST 9%)of above 24 Labour Welfare Cess@1%
