2Maintenance of Earthen shoulders(Filling With Fresh Soil)Making up loss of material / irregularities on shoulder to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment. (Average filling depth 150 mm),including cost of all materials, all labour, loading, unloading, transporting, usage charges of machinery, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge of work.
3Providing and applying tack coat for DBM with bitumen emulsion (RS1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.2kg per sqm on theon prepared bituminous surface of cleaned withMechanical Broom & dusting by Aircompressor and spraying including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lead, lift, loading, unloading, including lead for bitumen etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge of work.
4Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with higher capactiy batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified gradedpremixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade paving bitumen as per cluase 504.3.1 complying with IS.73-2013of specified grading, premixedwith bituminousbinder at 4.5 percent by weight of total mixand filler athot mixto work site, laying withhydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with Smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No.505 complete in all respectsincluding cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of machinery, all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting, including lead for bitumen, with all lead of mixed material etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge of work.(50 mm Compacted thickness)

6Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushedaggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade Paving Bitumen as per cluase 504.3.1 complying with IS 73-2013ofspecifiedgrading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler @ 2% by weightof agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostaic paver finisher withsensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with Smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve thedesired compactionas perMORTH specification clause No.507 complete in all respects including cost of all materials, all labour, usage charges of all machinery, all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting, including all lead for bitumen, with a lead of mixed material but excluding cost of primer/ tack coat etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge of work.(40 mm compacted thickness)
7Road marking with Hot AppliedThermo Plastic materialconfirming to Cl - 803.4.2.2 applied hot either by screeding or extension process at the rate of mentiones area of painted surfaces using sutable machine capable of controlled preparation and laying with surface applicator of glass beads at 250 gms/sqmtr allowing cooling to ambient pavement temperature, that shall produce an adherent pavement marking of minimum specified thickness including barricading for traffic diversion as per IRC: 35 cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site, barricading for traffic diversion, traffic control including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc, complete. as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge of work.(2.50 mm thickness)
8Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of Class-B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet including lettering depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB 3.60mtrs high (min effective height 1.30 mtrs), 3.2 mm thickness. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67, as per clauses including curing, cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, curing, transporting etc., complete. as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge of work.90 cm equilateral triangle (Road humps, rumble strips & Curves)

12Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered, LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflectivepanels with micro prismaticlens capable of providing total internal reflectionof the light entering in the lens face in passive mode.The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D4280.The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of O C to 70 C.Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typicalfrequency of blinkingis 1 Hz.There should be current losses of less than 20 microamperes at 2.4 V in sleepcharging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours.The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10mm x 100 mm x 100 mm. Also, the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively.The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kilograms.Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive and complete as directed by the engineer, including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, curingm, transporting etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge of work.
13Providing, Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC-79 as per drawings including cost of all materials, labour,loading, unloading, lead,lift, transporting etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge of work.
