Additionally, The Platform Remains Heavily Crowded At All Times, 2] The Bidder Shall Be Responsible For Ensuring That All Safety Measures Are Strictly Followed, Without Causing Any Disruption To Railway Operations Or Inconvenience To Passengers, 3] Any Loss / Damage That May Arise During Dismantling Work Due To Accident Etc, Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Purchaser And No Claim On This Account Will Be Entertained By The Railways Under Any Circumstances, 4] The Sold Lot Will Be Handed Over To The Purchaser In Presence Of Concerned Custodian , Isa-Sv, Rpf, Cdms And Other Personnel As The Case May Be , 5] Dismantling Work Of Sold Structure Is To Be Done By The Purchaser On His Own Arrangement By Providing Tools, Safety Gears, Machinery And Labour Required For The Purpose. 6] Purchaser Should Ensure To Keep A Safety Banner Around The Work Spot. 7] Dismantling Of The Sold Lot Is Allowed Only Up To The Ground Level Of The Condemned Structures. 8] Dismantling Of The Condemned Structures [Sold Lot] Will Take Place In Presence Of Engg.
