2.5 cm thick Damp Proof Course and of cement concrete consisting of 1 part cement, 1.5 parts approved coarse sand and 3 parts approved 10 mm graded stone grit & including water proofing materiasl as ordered by the Engineer-in-charge in the proportion as specified by the manufacturer.
