Tender For Special repair work of Dadra connecting road from Darshan Nagar Bharat Kund Marg - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone dust to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 2 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen using distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 3 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. 4 Providing and laying seal coatby manual means with VG-10 bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type Cas per Technical Specification Clause 510 5 Construction ofun-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design,laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, 6 Earth work in Both side Patri.in ordinary soil including lift upto 1.50 mtr. and lead up to 30.00 mtr. and also including ramming dressing the surface to required level and slope as per direction ofE/I. 7 Earth work in excavation in trench for foundation in ordinary soil i/c lift upto 1.50 mtr. & lead upto 50.00 mtr and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed bu the E/I within a distance of 50 m. (as per SI No. 251) 8 Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days 9 R.C.C. 1:1/2:3 with stone ballast. 10 M.S.
