Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm

O&M of 100 KLD (MBR) and 25 KLD (SBR)

Operation and Maintenance of Sewage Treatment plant (STP) of capacity 125KLD total {25 KLD (SBR Based) + 100KLD (MBR Based)} for all days except Sundays in general shift (0930-1730hrs) for running and operating the plant and machinery of STP and raw sewage collection sump near training block so as to get the treated effluent from STP that meets the approved parameters of GSPCB. The operation activity includes: 1) Monitoring both the plants for various approved parameters of GSPCB.2) Maintain various records of STP.3) Cleaning and removing the sludge from the raw sewage in primary and secondary settling tanks/ clarified from time to time.4) Repairs and services of mechanical equipment like pumps, motors, valves, rewind of pumps etc.5) Treated water to be disinfected with the help of continuous dosing of Hypo chloride / Chlorine Dioxide solution in line / in tank.6) 2 Semi-Skilled STP Operators to be assigned for Operation & Maintenance of 25 KLD STP (SBR Based) and 100KLD (MBR Based) (NOTE: Both in General Shift i.e. 9:30 hours to 17:30 hours)7) Untreated and Treated sample to be taken in every 2 months (60 days) from 25KLD STP (SBR Based) and 100 KLD STP (MBR Based) and tested for the following parameters: pH, Total Suspended solids, BOD, COD, Oil & Grease, Faecal matter Dissolve, Amount of Nitrogen, Amount of Phosphate & E-Coli.
