Operation & Comprehensive maintenance of Incineration unit and EOT Crane Grab Bucket. For handling Floating Material Plastic, Vegetation, pooja material on the basis through deployment. Skilled-2 No. Operator and One No. Electrician on shift through following equipment’s .a) Fuel Burner with TIC (Temperature Controller) b) Furnace Chamber Heat –out Ceramic Blanket Roll Complete Furnace as required. 5500 MM X 2920 MM X 3500 MMc) Double Bottle packed bed Scrubber of Capacity with spray Nozzles and fittings with Blower & Motor as required.d) Recirculation water pump with meter as required. e) MS Chimney & Flanges 300 MM as requiredf) Incineration ID Fan g) Electrical Control Penal for Furnace as Temperature Controller, MCB Controller over load completer h) EOT crane 5 Ton with grab bucket JIB Crane with wire rope hoist as required. i) Painting of Incineration Unit as heat temperature paint.Rates are inclusive all Govt. Levies like as EPF, ESIC & dumping of ashes inside of Plant as per Engineer-in-charge & other related housekeeping materials, Tools & Tackles & safety equipment’s.1. 2 nos. operator-1 no.
