Major Overhauling of mechanism & each pole assembly of 145 KV SF-6 CB (M/s CGL make, spring type) installed on following bays at 132kV S/S Sirathu, Kaushambi under ETD-IV Prayagraj-1.132 KV Manauri bay2.132KV Manjhanpur Bay3. H.V. side of 132/33 KV 63 MVA T/F 4. H.V. side of 132/33 KV 40 MVA T/F The work includes overhauling of Control block assembly, opening latch, closing latch, Support latch, Anti- pumping assembly, Opening, Cleaning and greasing of Motor charging system, Replacement of worn-out parts. Checking of shock absorber, closing damper etc, Adjustment of all Gaps, Cleaning and Greasing of Levers, connecting rods, CAM, Disc CAM etc, checking of mechanism assembly for wear and tear, rectification/repairing of worn-out parts. Checking/ rectification/repairing of limit switch, Power Contact, Auxiliary contactors up to proper functioning. Checking and retightening of all electrical connections, Checking of Gas leakage from copper pipe assembly of Gas system, Measurement of closing Tripping time of Circuit Breaker, Measurement of contact resistance of Circuit Breaker. Opening of each pole assembly of each CB with all precaution and complete overhauling of pole assembly satisfactory. Finally checking ON/OFF operation of the breaker from local as well as remote to complete the job satisfactorily. Note: - All men, materials and T&P required for completion of job will arrange by the contractor free of cost.
