    Tender For Civil Work Quotation List For Birla Kdmt, Shahad, 1. Design, fabricate, certify, supply, installation, protection, cleaning and handover of Semi-unitized Window wall system designed to withstand a wind pressure weather sealant, structural sealant DC 995/983, interfacing MS brackets with HDG Finish,S.S 304 Anchor fastener, H.D.G brackets, S.S bolts,SS rivets, Solid Alum.Powder coating Finish. will on the external exposed aluminium extrusion and chromodizing finish will be done on internal non exposed extrusion Glass: DGU (6 mm thk Reflective +12AG +6 mm thk Clear HS) (Rate as per quotation) W (2 Track 2 Glass Shutter) 2. Supply & Installation of Vertical uPVC Fins over the area as per the Architectural drawings and elevations. The fins shall be of tuPVC with size 50mmx100mm boxes of minimum 2mm thickness with clear spacing of 100mm as specified in the drawing with appropriate & firm support system of uPVC using requisite suitable HILTI anchor to hold on to the structure. The contractor should provide an opening in the louver elevation as shown in the architect drawings for respective locations with requisite supporting system without deviating design intent. The fin cavity should not be exposed at the opening locations and should be closed. The fins would be fixed to the building with appropriate and firm support system mounted on the face of the slab edge. All prices quoted by the Contractor considering the loading. unloading including mathadi charges, fins, brackets, packing, fasteners, fabrication, logistics, installation, tools and tackles and requisite machineries, to be inclusive of statutory requirements, etc. Complete fin system shall be warranted for minimum 10 yrs against workmanship defects. (As Per Quotation)
