Maintenance of culvert on MMBCB (MDR) road in Km 9(800). - Excavation in foundation in soil mixed with moorum/ kanker /B.C soil etc. requiring the use of special T&P such as pickaxe, subbalsetc.including lift up to 1.50 Mandlead up to 30 M complete as per direction of E/I. and as per S.I. No. 252 2 P.C.Cwith cement, coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast in the proportion of 1:3:6 respectively in foundation & plinth including cost of material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work & as per S.I. No. 280 3 C.R. with cement and coarse sand mortar in the proportion of 1:4 respectively in foundation & plinthincluding costof all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 4 Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Sub Structure complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.PCC Grade M 20 (Nominal Mix 1:2:4) 5 Providing and laying boulder appron for bed protection with stone boulders of minimum size and weight as per table no.1300.1, no fragment weighting not less than 25kg ,laid dry complete as per drawing and techanical specification clause 1301.) 6 Raised pointing with cement and fine sand mortar in the proportion of 1:3 respectively over stone masonary including all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. as per S.I. No. 253. 9 Providing weepholes in stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, ret.wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technicalspecification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 as perS.I.No.574 10 Providing and laying filter mdiea with granular crushed aggregate as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil andbigger size towards the wall and providing over the entier surface behind abutment ,wing wall ,return wall to the full hight compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and techanical specification clauses 1204.3.8 11 Providing andlaying of hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass bed as perIRC 35 inclduing cost ofall materials , labour , Machinaries , T&P etc. requared for peoper completion of work i/c all other charges and taxes . The finishied surface to be level uniform and free from streks and holes as per MORTH specification no.803 12 Road Delinator -delinator supply and fixing of ms Delinator made of mild steel with pure polyester powder coating with minimum thickness of powder coating of not less than 40 micron for protection against corrosion the surface should be concealed so that there should not be any exposed surface without powder coating alternatively ,those metal guide polse can be concealed with thermoplastic body etc complete as per technical specification clause morth 805 (8.15)
