Isolating the old Heavy electrical, mechanical and other equipments from each other in Pump house to ensure hazard free dismantling & erection work then Dismantling of old delivery Pipe Line 1300 mm dia & Erection of New MS PIPE LINE of diameter 1300 mm at delivery side of pump house by MS nut bolt with washer and suitable rubber packing of best quality for pipe line including perfect linking and welding of joints to correct position conforming to IS 5822:1994 including cost and conveyance of all consumable materials with all lead and lift, cost of all labour and necessary T&P. Bending, cutting, drilling and welding using ERW (Electric Resistance Welded)/ SAW (Submerged Arc Welded) on MS pipe conforming to IS 3589-2001 with latest amendments should be done as per requirement during erection work at site. and giving satisfactory hydraulic test as per IS 3589-2001 with latest amendments for test pressure and working pressure at site as per detailed specifications at Utraula Pump Canal, Utraula, Balrampur under Modernization Project of Electrical & Mechanical work Utraula Pump Canal, Utraula, Balrampur.
