Long 5 LT XLPE/PVC Cable 1X400 sq.mm. 6 MS Earthing Rod20x2500 MM 7 Stay Set Complete 33 KV 8 33 KV CT/PT METERING POLE MOUNTED UNIT 9 33 KV XLPE Cable 3x300 sq.mm. 10 ID/OD cable Jointing Kits 33 KV 3x300 sq.mm 11 33 KV 3x300 ST Jointing Kit 12 33 KV Disc Insulator 13 33 KV Disc fitting 14 33 KV Pin Insulator 15 33 KV Pilfer Ressistant Metering Cubical 16 33 KV Electronic TVM 17 Dragging of ST/PCC Pole, digging of pit erection of section/exposer type double pole structure on ST/PCC Pole with fixing of necessary item such as Top Channel, along with grouting (As per RESPO Norms) Dropper Channel, 11 pin insulator with Pin & 11 KV Disc Insulator with fitting, DO Fuse set its ramming as per RESPO Specification.Only Pole and insulator will be Provided by the Department. 18 Grouting & Nuzzling of 33 KV stay set complete including fixing of necessary clamps. Accessories required including its grouting by civil material (Sand,Brick blast & cement). All material except stay wire shall be supplied by the contractor. 19 Ordinary earthing by 33 KV MS earth Rod 2500mm long as per RESPO Schedule. All material except earthing wire shall be supplied by the contractor. 20 Laying Stringing jumpering and sagging of 3 Phase 3 wire 33 KV Line on ACSR Panther conductor as per RESPO Specification and direction on E/I. All material except ACSR Panther conductor shall be supplied by the contractor. 21 Laying/Jumpering with LT XLPE/PVC Cable 1x400 sq.mm. as per RESPO Norms. Only cable shall be supplied by department. 22 Digging of pit suitable for 3x300 sq.mm 33 KV XLPE cable laying.(Manual Method)(double circuit) After 33 KV XLPE cable laying refilling by Bricks & sand as Per RESPO Norms. Only 33 KV XLPE cable supplied by Department.(Total length 1500x2=3000 Mtr.) 23 Cable Hosting of 33 KV 3x300 sq. mm XLPE Cable at the following including jumpering etc complete with help of GI Pipe as PerRESPO Norms. GI pipe and other required material shall be supplied by contractor. 24 Laying of3X300 sq.mm 33 KV XLPE cable by drill method (double circuit) as per RESPO Norms. Only 33 KV XLPE cable supplied by Department.(Total length 1500x2=3000 Mtr.) 25 High pressure testing of 33 KV 3x300 XLPE cable along with arrangement of High Pressure equipment. 26 Installation of 33 KV CT PT metering unit on constructed double pole structure as per RESPO Norms. Only 33 KV CT/PT unit shall be supplied by the Deptt. 27 Painting of STP Pole as per RESPO NORMS (All material shall be supplied by the contractor) 28 Supply and fixing of Danger Board with Clamp as pper RESPO Norms. 29 Supply and fixing of GI pipe as pper RESPO Norms. 30 Supply and fixing of HDPE pipe as pper RESPO Norms. 31 Fixing of Pilfer Resistance Meter (25/5 Amp). All material except Pilfer Resistance Metering Cubical shall be supplied by the contractor. 32 Loading, unloading and Installation of 33 KV TVM METER along withProviding and fixing of Ms flat 50x6 (2080mm) 2 no with clamp nuts and bolts. 33 Making of pit for ST Jointing Kit as pper RESPO Norms. 34 GST Extra as per Rules
