The contractor firm will have to supply the bioculture to the dumping yard at its own expense. The legacy waste lying at the dump yard has to be piled up and waste heaps have to be formed. After formation of waste heaps, culture has to be sprayed and waste has to be rotated. b. Only Backhoe loader and tractor trolley with driver and diesel will be supplied by municipal council Jhalawar. Other expenses of Labour, spraying machine, tanks will be born by the bidder. Loading, unloading and stacking of bioculture will be the responsibility of the agency. The agency shall ensure waste stabilization. Per kg cost of bioculture to be quoted by the agency shall include the cost of adequate resources including manpower as mentioned above.Rate to be quoted including all taxes.
