    Tender For Supply And Application Of Rumble Marking In Ramp And Ribs Pattern In Single Application Monolithic Construction With Advanced Anti-Skid Properties, Using Plastic Rib 3K Anti-Skidcold Plastic Road Marking Material On Roads With Vehicular Speed Of More Than 50 Km/H. Each Ramp With Ribs Pattern Shall Have Total Width Of 500Mm, Height Of 10Mm With A Ramp Of Width Of 145Mm, Ribs Of Width 55 Mm (Ribs Laid At Centre-To-Centre Distance Of 35Mm). The Rumbles Shall Be Applied As Per Irc 35:2015 In 6 Or More Sets At A Spacing Of 600Mm Between Them. Each Rumble Marking Shall Be Made Complete With Drop On Solid Plus Reflective Glass Beads Of 1.69 Rl At 500Gm/ M² Spread Throughout The Surface Of Marking. The Finished Surface To Be Levelled, Uniform And Free From Streaks And Holes, To Produce The Initial Rl. Value Of 2250 Mcd. Special Road Marking Primer Cpx30 Shall Be Applied On Concrete Surface Or The Aged Asphalt Surface For The Primer Adhesion @ 250 Ml/ M². The Finished Surface Shall Be Levelled. Uni Form, Free From Straks And Holes Including Surface Cleaning And Cost Of All Materiais Etc. Complete
