    General Repairs to Departmental Truck No. JK14C 6624 for its annual fitness.- 1 Servicing of the Engine of the machine by way of draining its engine oil extraction of the old filters (engine oil filter,diesel filters), refilling of new engine oil -18 litres,topping of gear oil-10 litres replacement of engine oil filter, Diesel Filters)(Primary/Secondary), Replacement of Air filters. Complete job including cost of material, labour charges, tools and tackles required to execute the job. 2 Repairs to steering system of the vehicle by bway of removing defective parts and p/f of new parts i.e steering tie rod assembly-01 set, steering UJ cross-01 no., pitman arm, spindle pin -02 no., Steering oil-2 litres , seeting up and checking . Complete job including cost of material, labour charges, tools and tackles required to execute the job. 3 Repairs to the self-starter assy. 12V of the vehicle by dismantling it, cleaning/washing with petrol and extraction of worn out parts and then repairing by p/f of self-field coils, self-solenoid switch, carbon brush set, rewinding of armature, bendix drive, shaft bush set. Complete job including cost of material & labour charges to execute the job. 4 Providing and fitting of Governor -01 no. along with governor fitment certificate, its fittings etc. (Complete job) 5 Fitness fee along with pollution certificate and Reflective Tape installation and washing of Vehicle. The Job includes labour charges and Taxes.
