Motor:- Coupled With 75 HP, 960 RPM, IE- 2, S1 class, energy efficient BEE model electric motor mounted on a common base frame, 415 volt, 50 Hz, a.c. electric supply Material of construction:- Casing- C.I., Impeller- C.I., Shaft- 40C8, pump type- as per manufacture design complete with coupling, coupling guard and foundation bolts etc. 2 Supply of Electrical Horizontal Centrifugal Pump Set with Non Clog impeller to handle to handle storm/ mixed/ sewage water with C.I., Impeller, shaft- EN8, Sleeves- SS, Minimum Discharge- 800 m3/hr at head range 15 mtr (suction 250 mm & delivery size 250 mm) duly coupled with 50 HP energy efficient BEE model electric motor mounted on a common base frame coupling guard etc complete as required. 3 Supply of Electrical Horizontal Centrifugal Pump Set with Non Clog impeller to handle to handle storm/ mixed/ sewage water with C.I. casing, C.I.- Impeller, shaft- 40C8, Sleeves- SS, Minimum Discharge- 350 m3/hr at head range 20 mtr, 1450 RPM, having suction and delivery size 150 mm, coupled with 40 HP or suitable rating three phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz supply electric motor complete with coupling, coupling guard and foundation bolts. 4 Supply of horizontal type, Non Clog raw water, single stage pump with SS impeller, SS 410 shaft & sleeves, CI body FG- 260, with suitable suction and delivery 125 Cum /Hr, Head- 15 Mtr coupled with 3 phase induction motor 15 HP, TEFC, 440 Volts, 1450 RPM with coupling guard, base frame with AVM pads etc complete as required. 5 Supply of Electrical Horizontal type Self Priming Non Clog sewage Pump, single stage pump with C.I., Impeller- EN8 shaft, SS sleeves, suitable suction and delivery, LPM 1032 at 10 mtr, with three phase induction motor, 5 HP, TEFC, 440 Volt, 1450 RPM with coupling guard base frame etc complete as required. 6 Fabrication and supply of M.S. four wheeled trolley suitable for the 40 HP pump set, with the following specifications and as complete as required: - a. Main Chassis:- Main Chassis having minimum dimensions of (3100 mm x 1150 mm) made of mild steel channel not less than 2.5 x 5 x 2.5 , C shape, min. 6 mm thickness, with 4 nos. leaf spring having patta size not less than 70mm x 11 mm x 800 mm- 9 nos. patta b. Axle:- 2 nos. axle made by 50 mm x 50 mm square shaped solid steel barc. Turn table:- turn table made by mild steel channel not less than 2 x 4 x 2, C shape, with angle ring.d. Draw bar:- Draw bar made of mild steel channel not less than 1.5 x 3 x 1.5, C shape, 6 mm thickness with spring loaded towing hook of 32 mm thick solid round in shape. e. Tyre assembly: - Tyre of size 6.00x 16 including Rim and Hub conforming 16 ply rating- 4 nos.f. Painting and finishing work: - Painting of trolley by using 2 coat of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide primer paint.g. Load carrying capacity: - Trolley capacity for carrying the load should not be less than 2000 Kg.
