Fabricationof Gate Shutter Assembly, Sill ,Guide, Stanchian Angle, Stanchian Leg,Superstructure, Stair And Railingof Langadi Escape H/R Gate (Size 2800 X 2500 mm., 03 nos.) of Sarayu Nahar Prakhand-1, Bahraich as per IDUP drawing and specification at assembly yard, Laxman Bagh, Kanpur. The work includes Measuring, Marking, Cutting, Placing M.S. Plates, Channels, Angles, Joist and welding. Separating and shifting of required M.S. Plates, Steel Guirders, Channels, Angles, auxiliary material and T&P from store to respective location. Straightening M.S. Plates, Channels, Angles measuring, marking, cutting as per drawing. Handling and positioning on jig checking vertically, horizontally, diagonally and Aligning, Tacking, and Welding. Rechecking and firm welding complete in all respect as per specifications & directions of Engineer in charge. skilled/semi skilled workers provided by outside agency. All consumable material and sundries provided by outside agency except Steels, welding electrodes & POL for running DG Set . Work will be carried out as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (G.S.T. will be paid extra as per rules)
