    Tender For Complete Repair & Reconditioning Of 160 Ton Stretch Forming Machine At Ap&Sd/Ecil, Hyderabad - 1 Complete Repair and Reconditioning of 160 Ton Stretch Forming Complete Repair and Reconditioning of 160 Ton Stretch Forming Machine with Hydraulic Cylinders 14 Nos and Hydraulic Power Pack at ECIL, APSD, Hyderabad site including Spares and Consumables. The major activities to be carried out as per Annexure- D Note: For Item No. II, Vendor shall quote for Honing and Polishing of the cylinders, Plating of the piston Rod Qty: 14 Nos. However, quantity may change during actual repair and reconditioning of machine depending on the condition of the Cylinders. I. Vendor has to arrange necessary tools, Consumables, logistics, etc.II. Site visit is mandatory before bidding 2 Honing and Polishing of the cylinders and Plating of the piston Honing and Polishing of the cylinders and Plating of the piston Rod (Pro Rate Basis) Note: For Item No. II, Vendor shall quote for Honing and Polishing of the cylinders, Plating of the piston Rod Qty: 14 Nos. However, quantity may change during actual repair and reconditioning of machine depending on the condition of the Cylinders. I. Vendor has to arrange necessary tools, Consumables, logistics, etc. II.
