Name of Work: Annual Rate Contract for Transportation of drinking water by road through tractor with tanker inRural area PHED, SUB DN. BADGAON, DISTRICT-UDAIPUR
Sl. No. Item Description
1Transportation of drinking water by road through tractor with tanker of capacity 4000/5000 LTR. The Paymentof TOW Shall be done on the basis of tanker trip reports received form GSM and GPS based real time water tanker tracking management information system, To access this Application contractor has to provide installation & Commissioning of GPS based online vehicle tracking device and each tanker need to be fitted with 40 MM dia good quality ransprarent UPVC/PVC Pipe with floating PVC ball and level scale and Connected to bottom of tanker as per direction of EIC. No extra payment shall be done to contractor for such items. Water is to be arranged by contractor from private sources/ as per direction of EIC andtransportation is to be carried as per scope of work and direction issued by department time to time. Travel distance from filling point to supply point and back tofilling point upto 10 KM.
2Add Extra for each 1 KM, transportation of water above 10 KM
