Note :- a. The Basic price of the goods to be quoted without GST.b. The CMC should be quoted year wise without GST.c. CMC rate shall be included for determining L-1 bidder.d. GST shall be payable as applicable from time to time.e. Charges towards Packing & Forwarding, Inland Transportation, Insurance (local Transportation and storage) would be borne by the Supplier from warehouse to the consignee site, Loading/Unloading and other local costs incidental to delivery of the goods to their final destination at Dr. Radhakrishnan Government Medical College, Hamirpur, (H.P) shall also be borne by the supplier.f. The price should be inclusive of Supply, installation and Commissioning charges.g. L-1 will be determined on Basic Rate + CMC (Year wise) (excluding GST) for the items as mentioned in Section-I (if any).h. The bidder will quote the rate of hand instrument separately in PDF not with technical bid and these will not be considered for L-1 determination. However, the supplier shall be bound to supply the hand instrument (at the quoted price) to the health facility/TIA/Purchaser if the latter asks for the same. It is certified that the cost of goods shown above, is all inclusive except GST.
