Meters) At Platform No. 16 (1St Floor Above Uts Booking Office) On Built And Operate&Quot; Basis As Per Terms And Conditions Laid Out In This Contract. Development & Operation Of Sleeping Pods At The Railway Station Is Sole Responsibility Of The Licensee And The Cost For The Same Is To Be Borne By The Licensee (It Includes Cost Of Erecting Structures, Sleeping Pod Related Items, Lockers & Other Necessary Amenities, Laying Cables, Electrical Connection Etc.). Cost Of All The Above And Other Appliances Required For Construction & Operation Of Sleeping Pods Is To Be Borne By The Licensee.,Sardar Patel Marg - Creation, Operation And Maintenance Of Rail Coach Restaurants In Circulating Area At Sardar Patel Marg (Delhi Area) Railway Station Over Delhi Division For A Period Of 5 Years (Maximum Area Permitted Including Coach= 150 Sq. Meters),Brar Square - Creation, Operation And Maintenance Of Rail Coach Restaurants In Circulating Area At Brar Square (Delhi Area) Railway Station Over Delhi Division For A Period Of 5 Years (Maximum Area Permitted Including Coach= 150 Sq. Meters),New Delhi - Creation, Operation And Maintenance Of Rail Coach Restaurants In Circulating Area At New Delhi Railway Station Over Delhi Division (Maximum Area Permitted Including Coach= 150 Sq. Meters). In Case The Site/ Location Awarded Under This Contract Is Required By Railways For Entering Into Contract/ Transfer Of Rights With Any Other Authority As Directed By Railway Administration Or Railway Board, The Same Shall Be Novated With The Existing Contractor With Mutual Consent Or The Contract Will Be Withdrawn On Administrative Grounds And Refund Of License Fees Paid By Licensee Will Be Adjusted/ Refunded In Accordance With E-Auction Policy. In Case, Due To Scheduled Redevelopment Work By Rlda At New Delhi Railway Station, Allotted Space To The Licensee Shall Be Withdrawn On Short Notice During Currency Of The Contract And Pro-Rata License Fees Shall Be Adjusted/ Refunded Accordingly.
