Construction of Earthen Shoulders Construction ofsubgrade and earthen shoulders with approved materiali obtained all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to nmeet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (Excluding GST).

Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stonescreening to fill up the nterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density. (Excluding GST).

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of0.7 kg/sqm using mannual means. (Excluding GST).

Providing and applying tack coat with VG_10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.3 kg per sqm on the preparedsurface cleanedhydraulic broom. (Excluding GST).

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen (80/100) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a HMP plant, laying with Paver and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. (Excluding GST).

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using bitumen (80/100) for Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. (Excluding GST).
