Cost of supply of spectacles to children having refractive error inclusive of Screening charges.

Note :- 1. The Basic price of the goods/ Service without GST. 2. The Quoted Spectacles Charges shall be inclusive of the screening charges. No extra charges on account of screening shall be payable.3. No screening charges shall be paid for students having found no refractive error during eye screening.4. GST shall be payable as applicable from time to time. 5. Charges towards Packing & Forwarding, Inland Transportation, Insurance (local transportation and storage) would be borne by the Supplier from warehouse to the consignee site, Loading/Unloading and other local costs incidental to delivery of the goods to their final destination at respective government school/School Principal’s Office shall be borne by the supplier 6. The price should be inclusive of Screening and Supply of Spectacles to children having refractive error. 7. L-1 will be determined on basic price of spectacles which shall be all inclusive (excluding GST, which shall be payable as applicable). No extra charges on account of screening to be paid. It is certified that the cost of goods shown above, is all inclusive except GST and Custom Duty.
