Quantum Of Works For Construction Of New 11 Kv Line And S/S For Lt Releasing Connection, Shifting Of 11 Kv/Lt Line Under Under Full Deposit Scheme In The Area Of E.D.S.D.-I, Ajgain Under Electricity Distribution Division-V, Hasanganj, Unnao. - Carriage offollowing materials from Electricity store center Unnao to dump work site along with loading, unloading and proper stocking as per requirement. 2 PCC/ST Pole of diff. size 3 HT XLPE Cable 3x70 sq mm/ 3x120 sq mm 11 KV 4 ACSR weasel conductor 5 Arial bunch conductor (ABC) 1x16/3x50/3x95 sq mm 6 Distribution Transformer 25 KVA/63 KVA 11/0.4 KV 7 11 KV Pilfer proof metering cubical & CT/PT 8 Loose line material. 9 Erection of PCC/S.T. double pole structure including digging of pit and fitting of all accessories with its cartage dump site as per RESPO Norms. 10 Erection of PCC/ST pole structure including digging of pit and fitting of all accessories complete. 11 Making of H.T. section points by brackets, clamps & making of T-off arrangement for including fabrication and fitting of all accessories. 12 Laying of 11 KV cable size 3x70 sqmm/120 sq mm, dragging of trench 1050 mm, deep 520 vide including all materials etc./ overhead on pole as required on site. 13 Fabrication/Modification of MS items/Nuts & Bolts as requirement of site condition. 14 Erection, Testingandcommissioningof25KVA/63KVA/11/0.4KVT/Fondoublepolebylayingofcable, jumpering & commissioning of T/F including earthing of distribution T/F for body & neutral. 15 Providing & fixing of Holding clamps for PCC/ST pole with Nuts & Bolts. 16 Providing & fixing of Stay clamps/ LT Clamps for PCC/ST pole with Nuts & Bolts. 17 Providing & fixing of F- clamps for PCC/ST pole with Nuts & Bolts. 18 Making of cable box for 11 KV 3x70 to 3x120 mm cable jointing kit/cable box. 19 Grouting ofS.T. pole as per RESPO norms with grouting materials. 20 Earthing of PCC /S.T. Pole as per RESPO norms. 21 Digging of pits, fixing nuzzling and grouting of stay rods as per RESPO norms with grouting of materials. 22 Laying Stringing & sagging of HT line by ACSR Weasel Conductor Including all related work as joints/jumpers and binding on insulators as required. 23 Laying stringing and sagging of aerial bunched cable including allfittings on erected PCC/ST Pole. 24 Stringing and sagging of two wire 6/8 SWG GI wire for gaurding and making lacingat one meter a part in all the span. 25 Installation testing and commissioning new 11 KV pilfer proof metering cubical/CT/PT and cable termination, connecting earthing etc. 26 Cable hoisitng of 11 KV XLPE Cable including jumpering etc. complete With help of G.I. pipe as per RESPO Norms. (G.I. Pipe and other required material shall be provided by Contractor.) 27 Dismantling of 11 KV/L.T. line on existing pole including rolling back its conductor from work site to dump site. 28 Chopping oftree branches lying in the route of making new 11 KV/LT line 29 Carriage offollowing old/damaged materials from work sitetostore center Unnao 30 Iron Scrap 31 Scrap Conductor/A.B. Conductor/G.I. Wire
