Sparkler type 8” filter press with Six plates & suitable filters for Honey. With SS304 Grade Gear Pump with Motor (Kirloskar/ABB/Crompton) 4 (c).INERMEDIATE TANK 50KG Capacity SS304 Grade tank to hold the pre-heated honey before entering to the processing chamber. Sheet thick: 1.5mm ( (SS304 Grade sheet JINDAL Make) Valves: SS304 Grade ball valves on all required points. 5 (d) POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT PLUNGER TYPE HONEY METERING PUMP (SS304 GRADE) WITH VFD For allotting the required honey to the processing to the chamber Pump with SS304 contact parts. Discharge pressure: 3KG/CM Inlet/ Outlet size: 1 inch. With PTFE packing. With 0.5HP Kirloskar/ABB/Crompton make Motor pumping speed controlled through Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) 6 (e)INTEGRATED PROCESSING CHAMBER WITH VACUUM PRESSURE WITHSTANDING FACILITY Integrated vacuum uint with sutable capasity for seperating the moisture content from honey evacuating the separated moisture content using a fully air – tight & Precise vacuum pressure line and cooling the processed honey after moisture evacuation.All the process (separation – Evacuation- Cooling) Process are done in this integrated processing chamber.That means,honey should cooled drop by drop suddenly after moisture evacuation in tha same chamber . Holding hot honey after moisture evacuation is not allowed here. Sampling point is available for taking the sample for testing. Site glass is provided for visual inspection. Sheet thick : 3mm ( SS304 Grade sheet JINDAL make) Valves:SS304 Grade ball valves on all required points 12 (k) HOT WATER PUMP 1HP SS304 Grade Self Priming hot water pump. 13 (l)SS304 GRADE PIPE LINE WORKS All the pipe lines in the systems and Pumps including cooling water,hot water & product lines are made by SS304 Grade pipelines & Fittings note: water supply up to Equipment position shall be provided by the client 14 (m)CONTROL PANEL Fully SS304 Grade panel box with all required markings for controlling the items in the processing plant. All items can controlled from this control panel including pre heating vessel agitator control, Pre- heating temperature control Sprakler filter controls ,main evacuation chamber controls, Vacuum pump controls , hot water ganerator temperature controls , hot water pump controls ,cooling tower controls ,cooling water pump controls etc. Note : Three phase, 415 V, 50Hz AC supply up to Equipment position shall be provided by the client. 15 (n)SS BASE FRAME & STRUCTURE All the items ( Except cooling Tower & Vacuum Pump) in the honey processing unit are perfectly fitted as a single unit with an aesthetic look on a Stainless – steel Base frame with vertical structures. 100*50/1.5mm SS rectangle pipe for base . 40*40*1.5mm SS Square pipe for vertical supports.
