Lot No-06 - Dismantlingof existing structures like culverts,bridges,retaining walls & other structure comprising of masonary,cement concrete,wood work,steel work,including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary,sorting the dismantled material,disposal of unserviceable material andstacking the serviceable materialswith all lift & lead of 1000 Meter. (Brick Work) 2 Dismantlingof existing structures like culverts,bridges,retaining walls & other structure comprising of masonary,cement concrete,wood work,steel work,including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary,sorting the dismantled material,disposal of unserviceable material andstacking the serviceable materialswith all lift & lead of 1000 Meter. (RCC Work) 3 Surface Dewatering for digging earth work per Kwh. 4 Earth work in foundation in dry ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50M and lead upto 30M and including filling, watering and ramming excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the structure and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth with removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30M from the foundation trenches. 5 Plain cement concrete 1:4:8nominal mix in foundationwith natural sources aggregate40 mm nomonal size. 6 Provinding concrete for Plain CementConcrete M-10 ( 1:3:6) in open foundations complete as per Drawing ; 7 Brick Masonry work in Cement Mortar 1:4 in Foundation/Above complete excluding pointing & plasteringas per Drawing . 8 Provinding concrete for Plain Cement concrete M-20 ( 1:1.5:3)in open foundations/Slabcomplete as per Drawing . 9 Provinding concrete for Reinforced Cement concrete M-20 ( 1:1.5:3)in open foundations/Slabcomplete as per Drawing . 10 Supplying , Fitting and placing HYSD Bar Reinforcement in Foundation Slab Complete as per Drawing . 11 Pointing withCement Mortar 1:3on Brick Work as per Drawing and Technical Specification. 12 Supplying and laying one layer of Tar felt I.S.I. marked over roof as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including necessary overlep giving a coat of approaved mastic paint on the bottom and top of Tar felt spreading of necessary quality of approved coarse sand or small bajri and including supply of all materials, labour, Tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work. 13 Providing and laying Thermacol sheet in expention joint including cost of all material, T&P and labour per SqM. 14 Providing and fixing P.V.C. pipe 75mm dia & 6Kg./cm Sq. I.S.I. Mark including all cost of materials, T&P and labour etc. 15 Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.50 m , transporting to site,spreading, grading to required slope and ramming & dressingwith a lead up to 1000 m . 16 Earthwork in Cutting Making Diversion for continuos running of water during work i/c back filling and Removingbandhas etc complete. 17 Laying brick soling layer on prepared sub-grade with brick on end edging according to lines, graded and cross-section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth, spreading 25 mm thick layer of earth over brick soling, watering and rolliing the same with threewheel road roller 80-100 kN etc. 18 Painting two coats including primer coat after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new, plastered / concrete surfaces as per drawing . 19 Printing new letter and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel paint black or any other approved colour to give an even shade as per drawings .
