Supply, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of 8 Passenger Lifts Gearless, AC VVVF type, suitable for operation on 3-phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz,. AC electric power supply with motor, lift control panel, electric panel of suitablecapacity with all safety protection with switchgear, electrical cable & its connection from L.T main panel board installed at ground floor inside building required for lift, guide rails, ropes, counter weight etc. car enclosure. Car and landing doors, complete with all operating, control & safety accessories & device providing automatic rescue device with dry maintenance freebatteries, handrails on three sides, voice announce-ments system in car to announce the position of elevator etc complete in hoistway as the Car passes or stop at a floor served by elevator. Braille button inside the car & each landing complete complying with relevant IS codes & requirement of local authorities including 12 months guarantee with free maintenance and replacement of equipment & spares as per the following specifications and features as stated in Schedule of Rates in tender document. Ancillary Civil Works for the Lift at Item No.1, as per Special Specifications.
