Cement Concrete Pavement: Construction of un-reinforceced , expansion and consruction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design ,over a prepaired sub base withh 43 grade cement or any other type as per clouse 1501 .2.2. M-30 grade corse and fine aggregates confirming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse aggregates not exeding 25 mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.20 cum. capacity and apropreate weigh batcher using approoved mix design laid in a approoved fixed site form work (steel chanel ) laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film wedges steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing ,speading the concrete with shovels rackes, compacted usingplate vibrators and finished in continuous oparation including provision of contraction and expansion ,construction jointes,primer,sealant , near aproches to bridge /culvert and construction joints admixtures as approoved curing of concrete slab for 14 days.using curing compounds(where specified ) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.
