| 1 | Material and labour for Repair to pot holes any depth,not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good the surfaceby applying a tack coat 5 kg/10 Sqm ,putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed withblinder @ 9.8 kg / Sqm , blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping 6.3mm size and again well rammed to uniform surfaces , depth of pot hole not exceeding 25mm thick complete, all as specified as directed. |
| 2 | Material and labour preparing of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked ,mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compresser to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving bitumen primer @ 5 kg/10 sqm using paving bitumen VG 10 and laying semi dence Asphaltic bituminious concrete (SDAC) 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content VG 30by weight of total mix with mechanical pavermixing in hot mix plant , rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonnemechanical power roller complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Material for premixed carpet and sand seal coat shall be mixed in hot mixing plant duly approved by GE.( b) Mix design / Job Mix formula of bituminous SDAC will be got done from approved lab.(c) The premix carpet shall be laid with mechanical paver. |
| 3 | Material and labour premixed bituminous, macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with using 20mm graded stone aggregate and paving bitumen @4% by the weight of total mix (consolidated thickness 75mm thick or less or as required) with 10 to 12 ton power roller complete, all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | Material and labour for preparing of existing waterbound surface(WBM) by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt /dustetc and other deleterious, materialand applyingevenly a priming / tack coat using with bituminous primer ofpaving bitumen VG - 10 at the rate of10Kg per 10 Sqm,ofroad surface complete all as specified and directed. |
