Consultancy services for designing structures including foundations etc based on SBC of soil, Soil investigation, preparing architectural and structural drawings of building & External services, vetting the structural design & drawings by IIT/Govt Engineering college, submission of 20 sets of vetted drawings along with vetted design details & soft copies of these drawings, preparing diagram & schedule for Air conditioning, fire fighting system, cranes, lightening protection, biometric access, electrically operated doors, nitrogen and pneumatic supply arrangement, external electric & water supply, internal electrification consisting of voltage stabilizer, stand by DG set supply, telephone wiring, electric supply for water coolers & preparation of detailed estimates of buildings, including VIFT walland abstracts of estimated cost alongwith yard stick of building cost for regulating payment in RARsfor the work \"Demolition and construction of Deficient Technical position at INS Tunir at Naval Station Karanja.
