Tender For Work Of Majra Ganeshgargh May Crematorium Og Gram Panchayat Dagarwaha Block Babina - Excavation in foundations in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m (5 fts.) and lead upto 30 mt. (100 fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-Incharges upto a distance of 30mt. (100 fts) from the foundation trenches. 2 Earth work in Filling in moorum mixed soil( in Bundelkhand area ) excavation to be in form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth & earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including lift upto1.50M and lead upto 30m.The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with in 30M distance as directed by engineer in charge. 3 Providing and laying cement concrete 8:4:1 [Stone ballast 8 (40mm normal size) : 4 sand : 1 cement] and curing etc all complete. (PWD Sch 281) 4 RCC with 1:2:4 with cement, coarse sand and 20mm stone grit in Raft foundation and footings including all materials, labours, T&P etc all complete. (Sch 283) 5 RCC with 1:1.5:3 with cement, coarse sand and 20mm stone grit in columns, roof/T beams & slabs including all materials, labours, T&P etc all complete. (Sch 289) 6 MS or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work. (Sch 504) 7 M-150 brick work in 1:4 one cement and 4 fine sandmortar in foundationincluding supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (PWD SI No. 303) 8 Sand filling in plinth under floors including watering and ramming including lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.etc all complete. (SI No. 255) 9 12 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of single or half brick work wallfor interior plastering upto floor two level includingroundede angle chamfers, and /or roundede angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth no extra for mixing any additive . ch.13 .iii ).17.58 10 Provinding and laying of 80 mm Interlocking concrete block pavement laid in stone dust base and fill joint with finr sand .joint filled after labing and dressing base including supply of all materials labour T & P etc. Required for proper completion of the work. 11 Less 5% Department charge
