Complete opening fitting of motor with transportation loading and unloading.

Providing of H-class insulation copper winding wire app. 35 kg. each.

Providing of insulating material F-class insulating paper, fiber glass taproot, lead wire, impair cloth, soldering material etc as per required.

Labour charges for fully rewinding of motor as per above material.

Cleaning of stator winding removing moisture and varnishing of stator winding by Dr. back varnishing and drawing.

Providing and fixing of 6315 ball bearing Including required machining work.

Providing and fixing of NU316 Bearing Including required machining work.

Diametrically balancing rotor assembly

Providing and fixing, soldering and lugs crimping of lead wire.

Providing and fixing of couple pulley set as per 225/250 mm size..

Providing and fixing of terminal plate.

Modification of terminal box for above motor Including providing of aluminium terminal box and fitting with suitable arrangement.
