Tender For Under Renewal In The Year 2024 25 Work At Firozabad Jalesar Road To Kheriya Khurd - WBM (G-3) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in required thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause-405 2 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleanced as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (Including cost of Bitumen) 3 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using VG-10 Bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.(Including cost of Bitumen) 4 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall usingType C as per Technical Specification Clause 510(Including cost of Bitumen) 5 Earth work in cutting or in embankment For patteris in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead.
