Tender For Erection Of Type I Shelter With Foundationat Chadwal(Kathua); 1 Disposal of building rubbish from the site of work to the nearest municipal dumping ground within 5 km lead etc. All complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2 Earthwork in excavation by mechenical means (Hydraulic excator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains ( not 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan ),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,lift up to 1.5, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil. 3 Fillingavailable excavated earth ( excluding rock etc ) in trenches, plinth, sides offoundationsetc inlayers not exceeding20 cmindepth, consolidating eachdepositedlayer by ramming andwatering, leadupto 50 metreandlift upto 1.5 metre 4 Providing and layingin positioncement concrete ofspecified grade excluding the cost of centringand shuttering -All work upto plinth level.1 : 5 : 10 ( 1 cement : 5 coarsesand : 10 gradedstone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 5 Providingandlayinginpositionspecified grade of reinforcedcement concreteexcluding the cost of centring,shuttering finishing and reinforcement- all work upto plinth level .1 : 1.5 : 3( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand :3 gradedstoneaggregate20 mm nominal size ) 6 Centring and shuttering including strutting,propping and removal of form for :Foundations,footings,bases of columns etc. For mass concrete. 7 Centring and shuttering including strutting,propping and removal of form for :Lintels,beams,plinth beams,girders, bresummers and cantilevers. 8 Centring and shuttering including strutting,propping and removal of form for :Columns,Pillars,Piers,Abutments,Posts and struts. 9 Reinforcementforreinforcedcement concrete works includingstraightening,cutting,bending, binding and placing in position complete upto plinth level .a ) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars. 10 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete. 11 Demolishing R.C.C. Work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 12 Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manualy/by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. Work. ( Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. Work) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 13 Removing carefully existing Ty-I shelter of size 3.12 m x 2.12 m x 2.65 m from its position including accessories, antistatic flooring,panels of roof,floor and wall,corner angles,support girders,cable racks and any other allied structure, stacking and numbering for the purpose of refixing all complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. ( Transportation and refixing to be paid seperately.The rates are only for dismantling). 14 Transportation of dismantled Ty-I shelter including loading,unloading, accessories, antistatic flooring, panels of roof,floor and wall,corner angles,support girders,cable racks and any other allied structure, stacking and numbering for the purpose of refixing from (17 miles) site of work tonew site at Chadwal etc. all complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. 15 Fabrication ofprefebricated BTS shelter ofapproximate size 3.12 x 2.12 x 2.65 including fixing of available material such as G.I. Angles ,Panelling of walls, roof, base i/c available Two Nos of MS I section, Anchor fasteners, cleats etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Note : Rate is inclusive of providing and fixing of jointing material such as silicon sealant, adhesive for fixing Antistatic flooring, fixing of copper strip, screws, nuts & Bolts, rivets, pasting of antistatic flooring etc.) 16 Credit for the old recovered reinforcement bars.The recovered reinforcement bars shall be given to the agency on actual weight basis on as in where basis and amount shall be credited to the work.
