Tender For Pipe Laying, Repairing Of Leakage, House Connections & Other Repairing Works At Jabdi Water Supply Scheme, Block- Tejwapur, Tehsil-Mahasi, Distt - Bahraich - Supply of following size of pipe and lowering the same into trenches and laying true to alignment and gradient including jointing the same and testing of pipe line, insurance charge, carting, loading, unloading & stacking, etc. complete. 2 HDPE Pipe (PN-6) 3 63mm 4 Supply of specials required for proper completion of work. (5% of above cost (Item 1) 5 Excavation of trenches for pipe line with lift up to 1.5 m lead up to 50 m including filling back, watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches and removeal and disposal of surplus earthwithin a distance of 50 m from the center of the excavated trenches. 6 Carting of following size of CI D/F sluice/scour valves from departmental store to side of work and lowering them into the already prepared trenches fixing in position and jointing them with pipelines and supply of requird all other material testing etc. complete. 7 DI D/F Sluice valve 8 50 to 125 mm 9 Provide all materials and labour T & P etc. required for proper completion of work and construction of following chambers. 10 Repairing of Sluice valve chamber masonary type 11 Provision for Inter Connections from old existing pipe line with new pipe line as per requirement & direction of Engineer Incharge Including Supply of all material, Labour T & P etc. 12 110mm x 90mm dia or below dia 13 Leakage Repairing of following dia /types of pipes with all materials, labour, etc complete 14 63-75mm HDPE/PVC 15 90-110mm HDPE/PVC 16 140-250mm HDPE/PVC 17 Provision for shifting/Miner Reparing oftap house connection of individual household damaged due to widing of road as per departmental type design and drawing including supply of all materials such as 20mm outer dia HDPE pipe/ 15mm GI pipe upto 10m length and specails (15mm GI Elbow, saddle, brass ferrule, adopter, brass bib cock, etc.), complete including dismantling and temporary reinstatement of road surface with all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work. 18 Same as ITEM NO. 8 but for major repair in house connections. 19 Same as ITEM NO. 8 but for major repair in house connections. 20 Cleaning and repairing of existing OHT leakage and sepage from oht or pipe, using mechanical tools, chlorine including all labour, Tools, T&P etc. Complete.
