PITC of 6 Mtr length G.I Octagonalpole, Top dia-70 mm, Bottom dia-130 mm,Top thicness-3 mm and bottom thickness-3 mm, with (1000 mm) single arm bracket, base plate- 200X200X12, Foundation bolts etc as required. errected in cement concrete 1:2:4 ((1 Cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 Graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required.

Supply, installation, testing, energization and commissioning of 40W (including all losses) LED streetlight Luminaire with minimum system lumen output of min 3600 lumens. Luminaire should have Pressure die cast housing with toughened and shatter-proof quality built-in lens enhances safety. The luminaire shall have a rated system lifetime of 50,000 burning hours and CCT of >5500K. The luminaire shall have CRI of > 70. It should have IP 66 and IK 08 protection. System power factor shall be >0.95 and THD < 10%. Driver should have 440V stress voltage protection for 8 Hrs and High Cut off: 325V (+/- 15V) with auto restart technology fully potted and encapsulated driver. Theluminaire should have inbuilt surge protection of 4 KV and external up-to 10 KV. Operating voltage range should be of 140 - 270V. It should have serviceability Class B and electrical insulation Class 1. Both luminaire and driver should be BIS approved, driver shall be of same manufacturer as of luminaire and on each driver its part no., technical details and logo of luminaire manufacture, scheme shall be embossed. LM 79 report and TypeTest certificate to be submitted for luminaire and LM 80 report for LED source issued by LED manufacturer, including all accessories required for installation and energization of system as street light bracket, DClamp for fixing of street light bracket complete with nuts and bolts, PVC insulated aluminium cable, 2.5 sq. mm, 3 core, conforming to IS:1554-1(1988), IS:5831(1984)or any amendments thereof.

Fabrication, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 12 Mtrs Polygonal/Octaganol High mast Pole including 04 Nos 200 Watt Flood light, head frame height fabricated as per attached specifications suitable to fix 04 nos. of 200 Watts luminaries, Lightening Arrestor, Double dome LED type aviation obstruction light and 02 Nos GI Plate Earthing . The High mast shall be of continuously tapered, polygonal cross section, presenting a good and pleasing appearance, assured performance, and reliable service. The high mast must have hot dipped galvanised material containing three different sections with the Base plate 450x450mm size thickness of 16mm anddimensions of 100 mm at the top and 310 mm at the bottom thickness of 3mm for wind speed 50m/sec. The complete system shall be supplied with necessary accessories like foundation bolts, anchor plates, body earthing, earthing for the lights, Timer switch, Surge protection device etc.. Lighting electrical protection switchgear for each pole should be inclusive and part of the job(as per specifications attached). The foundation of the High Mast should be as per drawing attached .

Supplying andLaying of one number armoured XLPE insulated power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS1554(Part-I)/ IS 7098( Part-I) with alluminium conductor (Havells/Polycab/plaza make) of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc as required. 3.5 x 25 sq mm

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
