Tender For Construction Of Well On Thiruvattar River Side In Thiruvattar Town Panchayat. ; 1 Sinking of well below water level including all incidental charges using special tools and plants such as air compressor, helmet etc. complete including bailing out of water in silt or clay pocket for 6.00 m internal dia. - Ist depth 2 IInd depth 3 IIIrd depth 4 IVth depth 5 Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 m height for plain surfaces such as RCC slabs rectangular beams Tee or L beams lintels, stair case beam etc. in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size 90x60 cm and BG10 gauge stiffended with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak country wood joists of size 10x6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm center to center and supported with casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75cm center to center etc. complete complying with standard specification in all floors. (for curved surface) - 0 to 3.30 m 6 Supplying and erecting shuttering including necessary supports plain surfaces in foundation and basement in all floors for reinforcement cement concrete works such as pedestal bed blocks, staircase steps, RCC column, grade beams, plinth beam etc. using mild steel sheets of size 90x60 cm and B.G. 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak country wood joists of size 10x6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm center to center and supported with casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm center to center at suitable intervals etc. complete complying with standard specification. (for square surface) 7 Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild steel or ribbed tar steel rods, for all RCC works as per the design given by the departmental officers including cost of steel cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending, tying and placing in position etc, complete. 8 Reinforcement Cement concrete 1:1½:3 (one cement one and a half sand and three aggregates) using machine broken granite jelly of 20 mm size for all reinforced cement concrete works excluding cost of centering shuttering strutting and also cost of reinforcement grill in position but including laying vibrating with mechanical vibrators using finishing etc complete, as directed by the departmental officers etc complete complying with standard specification. 9 Porous concrete in cement concrete 1:4 (One cement and four hard broken stone of size 20 mm metal) for steening of infiltration well including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete as directed by the departmental officers
