Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63-45 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stonescreening,binding materials to fill up theinterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm usingmannual means .

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen(VG-10) using bitumen pressure Distributer at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the preparedsurface cleaned with hydraulic broom and including cost of bitumen.

Providinglaying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat and including cost of bitumen.

Providing and laying seal coat \"C\" Type sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall and including cost of bitumen.

Construction of Shoulder with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved byEngineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1,with all liftsand leads,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5
