The Delivery Of Cut Pieces Of Last 10 Percent Of Lot Size (Subject To Minimum Of 01 No. Rolling Stock) Will Commence Only When All Excluded Fittings Arisen Out Of Sold Lot Has Been Successfully Handed Over To Custodian. (E)The Purchaser Is Required To Take Adequate Safety Measures So That No Railway Property In Near Vicinity Of The Cutting Spot/ Loading Point And Unloading Point Is Damaged In Any Way.
