We required below materials along with the sensors, accessories, and necessary support. (500 Sensors) 1. 500 Nos. Triaxial vibration accelerometer sensors which additionally provide temperature readings and sound level of bearings apart from overall vibration readings, FFT, waveform, envelop, vibration <(>&<)> temperature trend etc. (Piezo/MEMS accelerometer sensors). Other measuring technics like ultrasound, magnetic flux, motor health index, true RPM features will be added advantage. 2. Sim based routers along with sim cards. Internet connectivity to router <(>&<)> sensor. 3. Vibration signature Analysis software and/or cloud-based solution for analysis along with dashboard which provides overall equipment health status of plant critical equipment and provide AI based solutions for corrective actions. Any license validity must be for lifetime (with free upgrade of sensor, software/dashboard etc). Dashboard view should be customizable based on AMNS requirement. 4. Equipment configuration w.r.t Fmax, LOR, averaging are required as per AMNS EIC instruction. 5. This vibration monitoring system must be able to provide all overall readings at least every one minute and FFT data at hourly interval. 6. System shall provide alert notification through Email/SMS when any under monitoring parameters/reading crossing the threshold level as well as system should automatically collect all full set of FFT data of the equipment when vibration limit crossing the threshold level. 7. On-demand data collection option should be available in the dashboard so whenever required we can get the data remotely. 8. Monitoring <(>&<)> Diagnostic Support/excursion reports and monthly once analysis reports to be provided by vendor for all the equipment. 9. Installation, Commissioning along with the consumables will be in vendor scope. All commissioning activity at site to be completed in 10-15 days after issue of PO copy. 10. Service provider shall arrange service engineers at site with minimum 3 years industrial experience in similar field, he will be responsible for installation <(>&<)> configuration of the system and to provide immediate necessary support during configuration modification and other works related to the system whenever required. 11. In-case of any eventuality or damage of any supplied accessories/items beyond our limit then the liability in your scope and required to be replaced at FOC. If any sensor / accessories not working properly/malfunctioning, then vendor shall arrange replacement of the item on urgent basis. 12. Vendor dashboard shall interlink with existing/new AMNS dashboard. 13. Vendor shall provide training on sensor <(>&<)> equipment configuration and available analysis features in the system dashboard. 14. Insurance of the supplied accessories/assets will be in the scope of vendor. 15. In case of additional router requirement apart from available router, vendor must provide the required router/gateway accordingly. 16.
