Complete repairing of operating mechanism, cooling valve and piston of 63KVA DG set by replacement of all damage mechanism placed at 220KV S/S Sirathu, Kaushambi. This work also includes complete overhauling of 63 KVA green energy make diesel generator set including replacement of feed pump kit cam bearing tapped roller, control rod starting spring, oll seal, packing kit, including radiator cleaning and associated work to complete the work satisfactory. (All movable mechanism accessories, lubricants will be provided by contractor with his own cost & risk)

Complete overhauling of motorised operated 132 KV isolators by opening of moving mechanism including 10 Nos stacks, replacement of defective bearing of same size and repairing of housing if required, repairing of damage junction box with replacing all damage gasket as per requirement with cleaning of isolator stack, post insulators by special liquid detergent, filling of high-quality grease. Tightening of all nut & bolts opening of male/female contact its cleaning and refitting with proper alignment. Application of white petroleum jelly on contact & fingers, oiling and greasing of all movable parts checking of alignment for smooth and reliable operation ensuring all safety precaution. After overhauling of isolators communication of SOE data and data validation of each isolator will also be done by contractors as per standard of UPSLDC. All consumable materials shall be arranged by contractor, T&P and skilled & unskilled manpower required satisfactorily completion of above work.
