| 2 | Dismantling of old and existing 02 section (R, Y, B phase) 33KV transfer bus bar having ACSR panther conductor without any damaging of column & beam portion made of broad-gauge rail pole for each phase at 132 KV S/S Sirathu. This work includes shifting of rail pole (if required) & dig out rail pole from existing place without any damage of structure, grouting & making foundation for base structure suitable for erection of Pie type base with 33KV post insulator for connection of 33KV transfer bus bar structure (gantry) with the help of PCC cement, sand and concrete by making 1:2:4 mixture. |
| 3 | Erection of base & auxiliary structure i.e. main column made of broad-gauge rail pole(gantry) with associated fabricated beam and all associated structures for extension of 33KV transfer bus bar at 132KV S/S Sirathu. This work is including shifting of all material i.e. structure part, nuts, bolt, washers etc from substation store to erection site along with Fabrication as required, matching of holes, cutting, matching of member if required. Fabrication of 08Nos base structure suitable for 33KV post insulator (Pie type base) suitable for connection of 33KV transfer bus bar with concern 33KV feeder. (material will be provided by Contractor) |
| 4 | Laying, tensioning &stringing of new panther conductor at 02section of 33KV transfer bus bar gantry along with hoisting, clamping and fixing of all tension fitting hardware & insulators with fitting and other associated material (each span is approx. 36mtr). This work also includes cutting of moose conductor at equal distance of section along with shifting and all minor works. (All T&P, men/labour will be provided by contractor) |
| 5 | Erection and alignment of 33 KV bus isolator with structure as per relevant drawing and practice by matching holes, cutting of structure member if required also shall be done by contractor up to complete the work satisfactory. |
| 6 | Interconnection of LSI to BSI by ACSR conductor/jumper in all respect of complete 33kV bay as per site requirement including cutting, bending & straighten as per site requirement. |
| 7 | Jumpering from transfer bus to TB isolator/BSI by ACSR conductor/jumper in all respect of complete 33kV bay as per site requirement including cutting, bending & straighten as per site requirement. |
| 8 | Opening of old-line jumper of each outgoing 33KV feeders from existing gantry at 132KV S/S Sirathu. This work also include fixing of outgoing 33KV line from existing gantry in proper practice by using 33KV suspension type post insulator by re-stringing cutting, bending & straighten as per site requirement. |
| 9 | Earthing of 33KV structure, isolators by using 50x6sqmm MS flat at 132KV S/S Sirathu by 50x6sqmm earthing connection to MS round bar with proper wielding in round shape including cutting of MS flat as required strengthening, bending and laying 800mm below inside the ground from top of the mounted structure including excavation of earth up to connect MS flat from MS electrode of delta including wielding with main earth mat including cast of all consumable material, and T&P. This work also includes two coat painting by red oxide primer and then by two coats of green Asian paint. |
| 10 | Retrofitting of numeric based non directional over current & E/F (IDMT) relay (50/51N) with time delayed O/C, E/F feather (RS) 465) of ABB/SIEMENS/SCHEIDER make relay having at least 6B1, 780 with one alarm output, having auxiliary current 1A suitable for 110V auxiliary voltage in 33KV C&R panel for 33KV TBC bay as per sample which will be provided by contractor on their own cost. This work also includes testing & commissioning of numeric based non directional over current & E/F (IDMT) relay (50/51N) relay as per required at 132 KV S/S Sirathu, Kaushambi. (Testing kit, man power and T&P will be provided by Contractor at his own cost) |
