Tender For Renovation work by PC along with general repair at km 8 (530), 9 and 10 (700) of Saharanpur-Badgaon road via Khatkahedi to Umri Khurd on Delhi-Yamnitri (National Highway No. 709B) road. - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53 mm to 22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory rollerin stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.. complete in all respects but excluding GST. 2 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen using bitumenn VG-10 pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. complete in all respects but excluding GST. 3 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using Viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades.I/c all cess, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, cost of bitumen Contractor Profit but excluding GST. 4 Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat (Type B) with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade.
