Dismantling, shifting and re-installation of 7.5TR ceiling suspended AHU from PRADG cabin to corridor area using suitable tools/specialised manpower including disconnecting existing duct arrangement,chilled and drain water arrangement, providing suitable supports from ceiling at new location, placing AVM pads, checking proper alignmentetc complete as required.

Supplying and installation of 40 NB MS Class \"C\" pipes for chilled water circuit and with the necessary fittings like elbows, tees and reducers, supports, support hangers with vibration isolation arrangement supplied with 50mm thick TF quality expanded polystyrene thermal insulation support etc complete as per specification.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning PVC drain pipe of ISI marked, connecting the drain lines from AHU to existing line,as per specification.a) 32mm Dia with 9 mm Nitrile Rubber Insulation

Supplying and installation of 40 mm NB isolation valves in both inlet and outlet water lines ceiling suspended AHU at new location etc as required

Supply and fixing ofAcoustic lining of supply air duct with 10 mm thick Nitrile Rubber duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish open cell Nitrile rubber (Class “O”) insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required

Supplying and fixing THERMAL INSULATION of 9mm thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class “O”) insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required.

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of GI sheet metal ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows,cowl bends, splitter dampers, vanes hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required a) 22 G - Thickness 0.80 mm sheet

Supplying and laying of 4C x 2.5 sqmm armoured copper cable for extension of power supply from existing location to new AHU location etc as required (Any ISI make)
