W.B.M. Grading-3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-3 as per T.S.C. 405 & MORD SR N0-4.7(3) (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Tack Coat- Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG- 10 grade usingpressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. As per T.S.C. 503 & MORD SR N0-5.2(II). (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess & Bitumen.

Premix Carpet- Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm aggregates (Dala quarry) either using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base by manual means including mixing in a sutabule mixol laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades. as per T.S.C. 508. & MORD SR N0-5.9 (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess & Bitumen.

Seal Coat type C-Providing and layingseal coat by manual means with VG- 10 grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per T.S.C. 510 & MORD SR N0-5.12 (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess & Bitumen.
